This is 6 years old. 2 years ago this surgeon got in trouble for Medicare fraud. Not sure I would trust what he says then or now. There are plenty of studies validating all sorts of treatments so good luck g=figuring out what is best for you.

Some side effects are incontinence or urine leakage, temporary erectile dysfunction, shortening of the penis.

I had this surgery in Liverpool, England. My surgeon looked about 12 😂 but was a brilliant, admirable young man. Five small puncture wounds in my abdomen and a fast recovery. I’m a mountaineer and am now back in the mountains. I have been extremely fortunate. We are blessed to have such wonderful technology and such fine young people who are prepared to study for years and to put themselves many thousands of pounds in personal debt. Respect.
